Sir Wieland

Sir Wieland (The Craftsman) got his kinky start thru a desire to make kinky furniture. That journey started in 2007 and he has been evolving ever since.
His passion for rope may be influenced by over two decades of rock climbing and swiftwater rescue. His creativity and love of teaching, has inspired others to explore with rope.
Sir Wieland also has a love for floggers and is often seen using floggers that he has made. He enjoys helping others to learn a variety of techniques, including Florentine.
He is a sensual player whether with impact play or sliding a rope across a body.
He and his partner, cat in milw, are co-facilitators of two SWIPE (Southern WI Power Exchange) groups in Milwaukee and Madison. They are also involved in many groups in Madison, Milwaukee and around the state.
And yes, Sir Wieland is still making kinky toys and furniture

Classes

Rope made easy

This is an entertaining class for those that say they can’t tie knots and that rope takes too long. This is a hands-on class that shows how easy it can be. We will be showing you how to tie a simple cuff (boola boola), a couple arm ties, a basic chest tie, and a simple karada (body tie). With these concepts, you can be creative and develop your own ties and styles. We will talk briefly about safety, materials, and lengths and quickly get the rope in your hands. If you are unpartnered we will pair people up so everyone gets a chance to tie. If you have rope, bring 2- 20-30 ft. pieces, I will bring rope for folks to use. After learning a few ties, you will have a better idea of the lengths you may want to have.

Decorative Rope

This is a hands-on class where we take your basic ties and add some decorative twists and turns, to add more beauty. The ties we will work on include some chest tie variations, Karada variations, ankle cuff, and toe ties. Bring rope and a 20 ft. piece of paracord if you have it. We will also have rope and paracord to use.

Flogging 101

We will discuss, materials, lengths, and different styles of floggers, safety, care and cleaning of your floggers.  What makes it stingy vs. thuddy. We will show how to get different feels out of the same flogger and different ways to throw a flogger. Bring your floggers and try new techniques.
