Mark Frazier


Mark Frazier is the co-owner and executive producers of the International Leather Sir/boy and Community bootblack contests. He is also the founder of SouthPlains Leatherfest.

Recently retired from the nightclub business after more than 13 years, Mark is concentrating on his other interests within the community.

Mark has been heavily involved in the BDSM scene for over 20 years and has been an active and very visible part of the local, regional, national and international leather scene as an activist, player, judge, educator, and producer of events and contests. He has proudly given over 1600 educational BDSM workshops since beginning his BDSM journey..

Mark has held various leather titles ranging from State and Regional to International. He also has held positions on numerous prominent local to nationals boards.

Mark has been awarded many awards over the years including: Pantheon of Leather's Man of the Year, Pantheon's Reader's Choice Man of the Year,, Lifetime Achievement Award – NLA International, Pantheon’s South Central Award and Pantheon’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

Mark long term club and organization memberships include NCSF, NLA-International, NLA- Dallas, Discipline Corps, Leather Archives and Museum and an Associate Member or CHC.

Obviously breath play is one of the most potentially dangerous and edgiest of SM activities, requiring responsibility, trust and scrupulous safety practice.

This workshop will focus on different methods used to restrict a persons breathing. It will also focus on safety concerns and how to minimize the occurrence of any potential problems. The workshop will conclude with hands on demo's

Carotid Play: (Course overview)


Although a form of breath play, Carotid Play restricts the oxygen flow to the brain and could cause dizziness or black out.

This workshop will focus on different methods of Carotid play but will also focus health and safety concerns for those who are interested in this type of play. The workshop will conclude with hands on demo's
