John considers himself to be just a guy with a keyboard, but to some, he has become so much more.  In January 2008 John launched FetLife.com which is a free social network, like Facebook and mySpace, but for the kinky community.

In under a year FetLife has became by far the most popular and visited social network for kinksters on the internet, and more significantly, a place to call home for so many of us.

John is one of the first students to be accepted into a software engineering program in Canada where he specialized in User Experience Design and Requirements Engineering.   While studying he started the largest Software Engineering Conference in Canada that is now in it's 9th year of existence.

Before John started FetLife he wore many hats including Director of User Experience Design, Head of Development and Account Director for multiple start-ups and digital agencies.

But at the end of the day, John is just a guy with a keyboard.
